I’m not a fan of Collector’s Editions as they usually contain a lump of plastic tat at a stupid inflated price. Poker chips, art cards, naff statues, who needs that? Special editions need to have something unique, something cool, something like – ohmygod is that a freakin’ Plasma Cutter?!?!

- Dead Space Extraction with Move compatibility (PS3 version only)
If you pre-order then you also get Dead Space Ignition for free and with the inclusion of Extraction with the PS3 version that’s a hell of a lot of Necromorphic dismemberment for your money.
Now the bad news, this collector’s edition has only been announced for the U.S., the EU version contains all of the above – except the Plasma Cutter.
Epic fail EA, epic fail.

Don’t get me wrong, this will be an epic game.
…but I think a remote-controlled car with a color video/audio screen is more useful than a light-up toy.
