It’s the annual “Who is selling Call Of Duty the cheapest?” news item. There are plenty of offers on the table but it looks like newcomer Best Buy who have the cheapest no-strings price of just £29.99 on the day of release.

The best trade-in price comes from Blockbuster who will charge you 99 pence – yes, 99p – but you have to trade in two of the following games – Medal of Honor, Fable III, Fallout: New Vegas, MMA, F1 2010 or Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II.  Asda will give you the game for a fiver but you only need to trade in Fable III or Fallout: New Vegas.

The supermarkets seem to be asking you to buy other items to get the game cheap, with Sainsburys offering the game for £27.97 when you spend £30 or more in-store – if you need to do a bit of shopping this may be your best deal.

  • Tesco – £25.00 with a purchase a 2100 Xbox Live Points Card, 3 Months Xbox Live Gold Membership or £20 PS3 PSN Card.
  • Sainsburys – £27.97 when customers spend £30 or more in-store.

  2. Looks like Tesco is the pick of the “when brought with” deals – PSN credit is always useful. offer’s also available online for anyone who doesn’t fancy venturing outside

  3. Looks like I’m lucky then xD picking up my special edition at my local game store today at 4pm, all I have to do is give them my schoolbag at lunchtime and collect it at 4pm with the game xD

    With the original garnering a metacritic of 63 I think I will go for Venetica… A brave purchase for I need more RPG POWWA on console!

  9. Sainsburys for me, the Mrs needs her shopping and I work for them so get 15% off so I’ll get it for about 23 notes, back of the net!

  10. Was gonna spend more than that in Sainsbury’s anyway so will pick up Black Ops, play it for a couple of days then trade it in for NfSHP for a small profit. Awesomez
