  1. I knew that Downloaded Content option was just to good to be true

  2. I am actually not that bothered by this – I played Fallout 3, loved it & poured more than 180 hours into the beast, but the DLC (when it finally appeared) was just too pricey for the likes of me. I am imagining that it will be the same this time around too.
Besides, at the rate I am going with New Vegas at the moment, I’ll still be chugging away on it by the time that they do release it for PS3! :)

  3. What about the PC version?

    • I’m assuming it maybe hit by the recent windows live steam thing seeing as it’s so hooked into steam, besides i’ve got to agree with whats already been said.
Until they patch this crock it’s actually more of an insult to announce exclusive Dlc than it is preferential treatment.Pc version so far has hit above 1.5gig of patches and it’s still broken, both consoles have been sat waiting for even a straight line from Bethesda over on their tech forum (a vague yes it’s coming doesn’t really cut it).
Sorry to rant but this was Goty for me with all the focus being on waggle games and Cod this xmas yet they really fked everyone over.

      • Wow…well atleast we got a “yes, it’s coming”…could have been worse =)
I’ll hold out on getting this…I really want to play it though.

  4. Lol do we need Dlc to be the victim of a raw deal here?

  5. Stupid xbox.

Oh well, this game is soooo october anyway

  6. hey, microsofts money IS far more important than mine, there is far more of it for a start!
its not like its an online multiplayer game that you need to get into before everyone moves on to the next big thing leaving the servers empty.
its no skin off my nose to wait, there are plenty of other games to keep me going until the GOTY edition comes out and costs £15 (or is second hand) which means they get no/very little money off me anyway.
which reminds me, i must go check to see if Dragon Age: Origins – Ultimate Edition is £10/second hand anywhere yet, i want to play the £31 Awakenings DLC…

  7. Aint got this yet because compared to everything that is out at the moment this isn’t in the top 5. Well and the lack of money. Will probably pick it up after Xmas.

  8. I’m getting tired of hearing “exclusive content”. It’s sad, but it’s still around. I’ll wait till GOTY edition to get this now. I was going to buy it early next year, but now hearing this, I’ll wait.
Fallout 3 will be played till then =)

  9. I wonder how long until somebody decides “exclusive patches” are a good idea

    • I wouldn’t put it past them, there are already exclusive demos

      • fallout 3 has exclusivity patches

  10. Think I’ll just wait two years until the game of the year editiona comes out as is reduced to £15.
