To lure fans back into the RDR servers, Rockstar has started up a new competitive challenge which will pit PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 veterans against each other. XP earned in all online matches will be go towards a total sum tracked by the Rockstar Social Club, and once a certain quota is reached the Elegant Suit and Crimson Posse T-shirt appearance options will be unlocked for 360 and PS Home avatars. If one team wins, the other will still be able to claim their virtual awards as long as they beat the quota set.
No doubt zealous fanboys will be hitting the servers hard in order establish their console’s superiority, however with such an influx of incredible exclusives for the PlayStation 3 this month, an Xbox victory will likely fall on deaf ears.

As there are more 360s with more copies of Red Dead on the 360 sold, what kind of utterly pointless competition is this? The playing field isnt level to start with.
