After much teasing, the debut trailer for the highly anticipated Tomb Raider reboot has finally been released. Lara Croft’s adventures have never been this intense before. It’s a new direction that really works for the franchise.
The CG trailer sets the mood quite perfectly. This will be a tale of survival and, from the looks of it, pain. There’s even a bit of a Snake Eater vibe going on. Let’s just hope that the gameplay comes close to matching the atmosphere of the trailer.
According to the video, Tomb Raider is scheduled to release sometime in Fall 2012.

That footage looks stunningly awesome, I have the game pre ordered but I’m gutted at the release date that they gave on the video because my pre order was for an estimated September 2011!!!
