Aksys Games has announced that Shiren The Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate will release on July 26th for PS Vita in North America, and it will get both digital & physical releases. The game itself is an enhanced version of Shiren The Wanderer 5, which never released outside of Japan. The gameplay is best described as a roguelike RPG, in which Shiren and his companion, Koppa, explore various areas looking for loot and fighting monsters.
Shiren The Wanderer will have a co-op mode so players can work together to gain loot, but there will also be a battle mode where you’ll be able to fight against others. The game should also be PSTV compatible so you can play it on the big screen. Aksys has not commented yet on whether Shiren The Wanderer will be released in Europe.
