Team Ninja has announced that Nioh, th game where you play as a Samurai in a Japan plagued by civil war and demons, will be getting an Alpha demo. The demo will be available from April 26th until May 5th, during which time the developers will post a survey for players to fill regarding their experience and what could be changed.
Players that clear the demo will receive The Mark of the Conqueror DLC, which will unlock additional items within the full game. Nioh draws a lot of comparison to From Software’s Souls games, and it’s not hard to see why. The combat looks similar, as well as the style of enemies that will be dotted around the world.
Nioh is expected to launch later this year exclusively for PS4.
