There’s an awful lot of Final Fantasy games in various stages of development at the moment, from new entries in the series through to wholesale remakes and remasters. However, Square Enix haven’t forgotten about their MMORPG, and today sees the release of the Revenge of the Horde expansion as part of the 3.3 patch for Final Fantasy XIV.
This expansion brings about the end of the Dragonsong War storyline, but there’s also a new 8 player trial and two new high level dungeons to pit yourself against, and the continuation of the Void Ark storyline with a new 24 player alliance raid.
