The strategy card game Fable Fortune has been released on Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs today, and it’s probably the closest thing we’ll get to a new Fable game for the foreseeable future. In Fable Fortune you pick one of six Heroes to use their abilities and decks on the board in an effort to reduce your opponent’s health to zero.
If you’ve played games like Hearthstone it appears the style of play is similar to that, though Fable Fortune does allow for co-op where players can team up to face off against tougher opponents. To get access to Fable Fortune you’ll need to purchase a Founder’s Pack which will set you back £9.99 / $14.99 / 14,99€. This pack grants 20 card packs to get started on building a deck.
