Unveiled just a couple of weeks ago at BilzzCon, Overwatch’s latest hero is now readily available for all to play with. Moira was patched into the game overnight, as another support character to add to the roster. Despite being a healer, she’s one of the bad guys after her controversial biotic experimentation saw her ousted from Overwatch and brought into the fold by Talon instead.
Moira’s abilities blend short and long range, with her Biotic Grasp healing heroes near to her or shooting a long-range beam weapon that drains enemy health to heal Moira and replenish her biotic energy. Meanwhile her Biotic Orbs are rebounding floating spheres that can heal allies and decay enemies that pass through its influence, and her ultimate, Coalescence creates a long-range beam that heals allies but can bypass barriers to damage enemies. Oh, and Fade is a short range teleport ability, making her extra sneaky.
