Asobo Studio’s debut new IP, A Plague Tale: Innocence, has a new video showing eight minutes of stealthy rat infested gameplay. Seriously, if you don’t like rats then you really don’t want to watch this video as they’re swarming and squeaking everywhere.
The game is described as “A labour of love from a studio with combined decades of experience in game development, it is an emotional tale packed with mystery, intrigue, and swarming, as ever, with rats.”
The furry fiends are both your friend and foe, you have to avoid the blighters by staying the light but by removing light you can direct the squeaking nightmares on to enemies, which will be eaten alive.
A Plague Tale: Innocence launches on May 14, on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC
