Let’s Sing ABBA announced for consoles, and it is coming soon

Let's Sing ABBA

Let’s Sing ABBA has been revealed today by Ravenscourt and Voxler, with the confirmed platforms being PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Switch. At the moment, a release date is yet to be confirmed for Let’s Sing ABBA but it has been teased as coming soon.

“Let’s Sing presents ABBA is an exciting opportunity for ABBA fans of all ages to sing along to their greatest hits and share a wonderful moment together.“ says Mia Segolsson, General Manager Polar Music.

“ABBA is one of the most successful bands in music history and influenced many other artists. We’re excited to be working with them for this special edition of Let’s Sing”, adds Nicolas Delorme, Head of Studio at Voxler.

All of the songs that you would expect to be present in an ABBA game will be included. Those include Mamma Mia, Dancing Queen, Waterloo, Money, Money, Money, Thank You For The Music, The Winner Takes It All, and Take A Chance On Me. All in all, Let’s Sing ABBA will include thirty of the iconic Swedish bands discography.

Let’s Sing ABBA is not the first ABBA specific singing game. Way back in 2008, when SingStar dominated the singing game space there was SingStar ABBA. As SingStar was a PlayStation exclusive, that game was released on PS2 and PS3. The PS2 version featured 20 of the band’s songs while the PS3 was pushed a bit further, and that included 25 songs. However, that game got some mixed reviews at time of release.

If you are heading to gamescom, you can get a chance to play Let’s Sing ABBA with Ravenscourt setting up a karaoke space in hall 9. Influences will also be playing the game on the Tiktok stage during the event. That part will be streamed if you fancy having a watch of it.
