Trifox has got a confirmed release date for some platforms, developer Glowfish Interactive has confirmed. Nintendo Switch owners will be the first to be able to get their hands on Trifox when it releases on October 13th. This is followed by PC and Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S releases on October 14th. At the moment, PS4 and PS5 owners will have to wait as a date is yet to be confirmed.
Trifox was first announced in June 2021 with the game being inspired by the likes of Crash Bandicoot, Jak & Daxter, and Ratchet & Clank. Trifox is a twin stick action adventure in which players can mix and match between three classes, those being Warrior, Engineer, and Mage. The game features 30 abilities to unlock which can be switched around, allowing players to wield both magic and guns for example. The story itself is about Trifox searching for his stolen remote control after his house is attacked. Players will explore four different worlds in the hunt for the TV remote.
