Trifox has now got a confirmed release date on PS5 and PS4, with Big Sugar announcing that November 23rd is the date. This comes just over a month after the game was released on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, and Switch. At the time no reason for the delay of the PlayStation version of Trifox was given.
Trifox was first announced in June 2021 with the game being inspired by the likes of Crash Bandicoot, Jak & Daxter, and Ratchet & Clank. Trifox is a twin stick action adventure in which players can mix and match between three classes, those being Warrior, Engineer, and Mage. The game features 30 abilities to unlock which can be switched around, allowing players to wield both magic and guns for example. The story itself is about Trifox searching for his stolen remote control after his house is attacked. Players will explore four different worlds in the hunt for the TV remote.
