Midnight Suns Deadpool Header

The Merc with the Mouth, Deadpool, is set to join the hit game Marvel’s Midnight Suns on January 26th. Along with the character there will also be a new attack and skill cards, new skins, and an expansion to the Abbey. This being Deadpool the expansion is rather wacky, it’s a food truck emblazoned with rainbows and Deadpool riding a unicorn.

Expand your adventure with Deadpool in The Good, The Bad, and The Undead, the first DLC for Marvel’s Midnight Suns. Deadpool joins the team as an in-your face damage dealer wielding 10 unique Hero abilities. Plus, enjoy new story missions, a tasty new Abbey Upgrade, and some stylish cosmetics for everyone’s favorite Merc!

Nick loved Marvel’s Midnight Suns and gave the game an impress 9/10 in our review. “Marvel’s Midnight Suns exceeded my expectations to be one of my favourite games of the year,” he wrote. “With a good Marvel story and the ability to make friends on top of excellent turn-based tactical combat systems, Marvel’s Midnight Suns is a super experience.”

Deadpool is the first of four packs that have been announced for the game. Here are the details of the other three.

New Hero: Venom

Spider-Man’s nemesis and main game boss, Venom turns playable hero in DLC 2, armed with all of the same symbiote attacks that once threatened the lives of the Midnight Suns.

New Hero: Morbius

One of the original comic book Midnight Sons, Morbius is an accomplished biochemist who, in an attempt to cure his own rare blood disease, turned himself into a living vampire.

New Hero: Storm

A powerful member of the X-Men, Storm has the mutant ability to generate and manipulate wind, lightning, rain, and other types of weather to her will.

In addition to these heroes and their respective new abilities, each of the four DLC packs included in the Season Pass will introduce new story missions, a new upgrade for the Abbey, and a selection of new skins and outfits.

Marvel’s Midnight Sun is out on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, but we’re still waiting to hear when it will launch on Xbox One, PS4, and Nintendo Switch.
