Nioh 3 has been revealed for PS5, with Team Ninja continuing their Japanese mythology-infused take on the Soulslike genre with a new entry in 2026.
PlayStation 5 gamers have a chance to check it out well before then, though. A Nioh 3 demo is available today on PS5!
New for this game is a second combat style, with a new Ninja style joining the series’ familiar Samurai combat style. You’ll make the most of these with the yokai that you battle in the new ‘open field’ setting that greatly broadens the level style.
Jason reviewed Nioh 2 – The Complete Edition on PC back in the day, scoring the Team Ninja sequel a whopping 9/10:
