Myrkur Games has revealed its debut title Echoes of the End, which is coming to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. Set in the world of Aema, players take on the role Ryn who is a described as vestige that has access to magical abilities and is a warrior. In this story, she is on a mission to save her brother from an empire on the edge of war.
As you can see from the trailer of Echoes of the End, Ryn is not alone in her adventure. She is joined by a scholar named Abram Finlay who is chronicling the journey while also giving Ryn a helping hand from time to time. As they journey across Aema they could unearth a conspiracy that would upend the world order. The trailer shows that there are Wards that seem to protect the land, but they are at risk of being destroyed. There is some gameplay which shows Ryn using her powers in combat along with a sword to fight soldiers, monsters, animals, and bosses that all pose a threat to her mission and to Abram.
A confirmed release date for Echoes of the End is yet to be announced.
