Chicken Launcher has revealed the early access date for Project: Mist, with the open world survival horror being available on May 19th. Additionally, there is a new demo available for Project: Mist which adds multiplayer. With this demo Chicken Launcher wants feedback from players ahead of the early access to know what needs working on. You can provide feedback at this link if you choose to play the Project: Mist demo.
In Project: Mist players are placed in a world full of mystery and horror, with abandoned facilities and ecosystems teeming with monsters. In this world you can play alone or work with other players to gather resources, build up the moving train base, and discover the horrifying mysteries that the world has hidden as you play through the story. You also have a gravity gun to manipulate the environment around you to your advantage against the monsters that stalk you.
Chicken Launcher is expecting Project: Mist’s early access phase to last six months, but that will be based upon player feedback. When the game eventually launches into its full release there will be more bosses, enemies, skills, items, structures, and gameplay systems. There will also be optimisation and new additions based on player suggestions. The developers have also confirmed that the price for Project: Mist will increase when the full release comes out.
