Transport Fever 3 will be published by Paradox Interactive

Urban Games has announced that Transport Fever 3 is going to be published by Paradox Interactive, with the two companies entering a publishing agreement. The plan is to still drive forward and get Transport Fever 3 out this year, coming to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series XS. You can check out the game’s announcement trailer below.

In a blog post on Steam, Urban Games wrote, “From the very beginning, interests of the Transport Fever community have been at the heart of this decision. Transport Fever 3 will be realized exactly as envisioned – only strengthened by the additional support and expertise this partnership brings. This collaboration allows us to enhance what’s already planned, and together, we will continue on the path we have set out for Transport Fever 3 and deliver the greatest possible value to players and modders, both new and veterans. We remain fully committed to all promises we’ve made to the community, and the route of Transport Fever 3 continues as planned. We and Paradox have agreed on a shared vision for publishing, combining our strengths. The IP continues to remain fully with us, and they have full trust in our creative direction. This partnership is about amplifying Transport Fever 3, not altering it. Transport Fever 3 is now on an even stronger track to reach its full potential when it launches later this year.”

In Transport Fever 3, players are tasked with building a logistics empire to transport goods around the world through time. The starting point is with horse drawn carriages and working up from there to having supertankers sailing across the seas and planes soaring through the skies. The vehicles are not the only thing to focus on, as you will need to build the infrastructure, plan routes, and hope that it all works out to be profitable.
