PS+ Members Getting Early UC3 Multiplayer Access

We’re a little envious of our American counterparts at the moment; starting yesterday those who pick up selected drinks at SUBWAY will be entitled to the full Uncharted 3 multiplayer experience, a month before the game even ships.

However a recent SCEE tweet has confirmed that EU PlayStation Plus subscribers will also be able to get in on the action:

European PlayStation Plus subscribers will be able to get involved in the Uncharted 3 MP experience next week. Full details on Monday.

Will you be first in line to download your early access pass or is it better to wait for the full retail release?

  5. well im a plus member so great news there. but cant help feel like it would have been good to have an excuse to by a sandwich without the wife saying WHY DID YOU BUY THAT SANDWICH!

    • Beings this is an early access promotion, probably not.

  7. Haha, that’s sweet, finally plus is doing some real work for me. Will be all over this me too, to be honest I can’t see myself playing much else this fall.

    I wonder, will this thing expire, or will we always (assuming we keep our subscriptions) have Uncharted 3 mp on the hard drive?
    I hope we will.

    • can’t see this being available after the game release. I like most will be getting giddy playing this while waiting for my special edition to drop through the letter box!

    • I’m sure the download will have an expiry date for the physical release.

      • Yeah, me too. This is great news, though! It’s one of those things that keeps some Plus users happy for a week and then they moan again ;)

      • Im pretty sure there is a week in between the MP expiry and the full release, which is great

    • Either way, I’ll be playing Uncharted 3.
      Just wondering if I’ll have to get off my ass to do so. :P
