Last week we ran a competition to give away a copy of Grand Theft Auto V on PS3 and now it’s time to announce the winner.
The lucky member on their way to Los Santos is Pixl1983, who’s copy should be on its way to him as of today.

My copy STILL hasn’t arrived. For some reason the tracking number on Amazon is 12 digits and should be 13, so can’t even see where it is. Grrrrr!

Same here, it’ll arrive tomorrow and the reason being 2nd class post in my case. I went for their free delivery so just had the £35 to pay but wasn’t too fussed about early delivery as I was busy with fingers in other game pies.
The tracking that they gave you I think is their own business tracking system with Royal Mail because it’s 2nd class hence only the 12 digit code just in case Postie decides to hide parcels in his attic.

It was sent 1st class tracked. When you pre-order at Amazon, you can upgrade the postage to first class for free. Not that it made much difference in this case!

That’s a weird system, where you can upgrade to 1st class for free. Why don’t the muppets just send everything 1st class and be done with it if it’s free as well. Fucking donuts!

Because then it would cost them more, whereas by making you have to upgrade they know quite a percentage won’t, thus saving them some money on the promotion.

Ah fair enough, I just assumed that the free upgrade was by using their Amazon prime service which costs around 50 quid membership per year, I wasn’t aware that it could be done for free and with no ties or sign ups. ;)
