Sony is cancelling digital pre-orders of Gran Turismo Sport due to not having a new release date for the game. The title was delayed last week after the developers stated that the game would not quite be ready for the original November release date. At the time a new date couldn’t be confirmed bar the statement that Gran Turismo Sport would release in 2017.
A notification was sent out to all who did pre-order the game regarding the cancellation, with @richard4481 posting an image of it.

No surprise there. Most of the people who pre-order so far ahead of launch will be die hard fans and will pre-order again as soon as possible.
