Warhammer 40K: Deathwatch Marches To PS4 On February 28th

Funbox Media will be bringing Rodeo Games’ Warhammer 40K: Deathwatch to PS4 on February 24th, allowing players to take control of the ultimate Space Marines across forty levels in tactical battles against the Tyranid from spaceships to cities. As you’ll be able to see from the trailer below its a game that has a top down view to it and could be likened to XCOM.

Deathwatch contains 38 different Space Marines to collect from across various chapters of the order, who you can then customise. You’ll also be able to level up the characters after they gain experience through battle.

  1. I really like the look of this, could just be my cup of tea, I’ll be keeping my eye on it for sure.

  2. Warhammer meets XCOM? Hell yeah! I would pick it up! Unless it’s a bit naff then I’ll curse funbox for fecking up. Come to think of it, it’s quite surprising that this hasn’t been done before. (Total Warhammer may be the closet but still).
