Immersive VR Education’s Apollo 11 VR experience was originally supposed to be released in January for PSVR, but it was delayed. Now the company has announced that the VR title will release on March 1st for PSVR in Europe, with other regions to follow soon after. Apollo 11 VR isn’t really a game but more of an education experience that allows people to experience the events that the astronauts went through on that famous spaceflight.
Players will experience things that Buzz Aldrin, Neil Armstrong, and Michael Collins did on the journey to the Moon, as well as some of the activities carried out on the lunar surface. The experience is slated to be priced at €10/$10.

Watched a video of someone playing this on Rift a while back and it looked pretty authentic and very cool.

Very interesting, I’ll probably get this.
That was back then when America was still great and able to achieve technological marvels like flying to the moon.
Meanwhile, privat sector companies like that of Elon Musk have to step in to make any progress at all, it seems, as the US government rather focuses on building petty walls instead of having any relevant vision for the future.
