Thanks in part to some big discounts on the Switch version of FIFA 18, making this its biggest week since launch, EA’s premier sports series has returned to the top of the UK retail charts. It means that Bandai Namco and Warhorse Studios have had to settle for second place with the release of Kingdom Come: Deliverance, which certainly won’t have been helped by its uneven reception among critics.
The Switch version of Bayonetta 2 has debuted in fifth – better than the seventh place the Wii U release managed despite lower sales – while Dynasty Warriors 9’s shift to more open world design could only hack it’s way to 13th place. Secret of Mana’s PS4 remake and Monster Energy Supercross took twenty-fourth and twenty-fifth, respectively.

Picked up the Bayonetta games on Switch over the weekend. 720p res is a little disappointing but, overall, solid ports of two fantastic games.
