I don’t love Facebook but I’m having to get used to it. More and more announcements, screens and information leaks are being done via the ubiquitous stalking-tool.
This time it’s Ubisoft who are using the social media site to let fans of the upcoming stealth-em-up, Splinter Cell: Conviction, show off their spy skills. They’ve even got a shiny little embeddable widget for us to show you that’ll get you involved ASAP.
Participants in this facebook-connected game, Splinter Cell: The Search for Sam Fisher will help hunt down the rogue agent via a series of high-resolution maps and surveillance photos. Along the way there will be secrets about the upcoming Xbox 360 exclusive and perhaps a twist or two. It wouldn’t be Splinter Cell if there weren’t one or two things kept hidden.
