Gaming’s resident super-seer Michael Pachter reckons that the next Mass Effect title, a franchise only available on Microsoft’s Xbox 360 and the PC to date, is certain to appear on PlayStation 3. Speaking on GameTrailer’s Pach-Attack program (great name guys, kudos), the Wedbush analyst predicts:
“I have heard from Microsoft and I’ve actually heard from EA [and] we probably won’t see Mass Effect 1 ever on PS3.”
The scrying tea-leaf reader continues:
“I’m not sure that’s true of Mass Effect 2 and I’m certain it’s not true of Mass Effect 3, 4, 5 and 6.”
There you have it. Mass Effect 6 – confirmed. Today really is all about the future, isn’t it?
