Sub-Zero and Scorpion have a bit of a love/hate relationship. Actually it’s more of a hate/hate relationship; there are more issues there than an entire episode of Jeremy Kyle. The latest trailer gives us a bit more background on the yellow suit fire breather.

Wow, That just wasn’t cheesy at all! I fear MK’s glor days really are gone to be honest, it hasb’t been the same since MK3! I always expected Mk to be more like the DOA series by now… but with more blood and gore obviously!

Im at work so have no sound to the video, but it looks decent.
My only worry is that this genre has already been through its product lifecycle, its seen about as much innovation as is possible and anything new would just be a pointless gimmick.
I’ll still keep looking out for this though, because the trailers do look awesome

I think fighters have moved on since MK, and unless it has done something to radically change the pace since MK vs DCU then it’s not for me. Naruto: Ultimate Ninja storm is a perfect example of what a fighter can do this generation and it’s all so fluid and well-executed that the classic MK gameplay feels like old men fighting eachother in a bed of quick-drying cement.
