Game Room launched today, as you’ll know, but on the Xbox 360 the service doesn’t actually work, yet. Thankfully, we’ve managed to find a fix to get the thing up and running so you can enjoy your retro goodness.
To ‘fix’ the game users must sign into their profile and then load Games Room, once you get to the loading screen and it starts to hang, you must then press the guide button followed by X to sign out.
The final part of the fix is to remove any connection that you have to the internet (i.e Wifi/Network cable) and then once again sign in. Finally sign in with your profile, press start and press B when prompted that you must be signed in to use all of the Xbox LIVE features, and then once Game Room is loaded attach your internet, sign into Gold and play.
