Life-long SEGA fan here, and one especially fond of his (still-working) Dreamcast. Crazy Taxi was one the first games to make me go wow at the little white console, running on a monitor at a glorious 60 frames per second. So, it’s really exciting to read that there’s a port of Crazy Taxi coming to the Xbox 360, and although we can’t confirm the game exists the two screenshots leaked (below) certainly look legit.
Crazy Taxi was a brilliant game, ported from the arcade to the DC perfectly. Since then, sequels and ports (including a great PSP version) have surfaced, but nothing beats the purity of the initial game – let’s hope they’ve licensed the music too. Other shots at the link show Quake Arena Arcade and Sonic Adventure. Wow, the 360 really is turning into a next-gen Dreamcast. Which, in case you were wondering, is a good thing.
