E3 is almost upon us but that doesn’t stop information from leaking, as we well know.
The latest title to be outed before its official unveiling would appear to be EA’s next game in the Need for Speed franchise. If you watch the “E3: All Access” video over at GTTV then you’ll be treated to a preview of the booths that fill the expo. One such booth belongs to EA, and, as you can see below,one section is set to be plastered with the new NFS game – named as Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit.

UPDATE: Criterion have Tweeted that the ‘Cat is still in the bag.’ So another iteration of Hot Pursuit or Hot Pursuit Race is looking unlikely afterall.

Well if they can capture some of the magic from the PS2 NFS games and Burnout combined it will be awesome and top of my list….that is after GT5.

According to Wikipedia, Black Box made Hot Pursuit II way back when, and are working on a future Need for Speed title as well, so maybe this is their game rather than Criterion’s?
