PSPgo owners hoping for some Kingdom Hearts action are to be disappointed as Square Enix have ‘no plans’ to release the forthcoming game as a digital download.
Alex has had his mits on the game for a while and described it as ‘a hugely attractive game’ with ‘a deep combat system.’ Many other Square Enix titles have been available as a download for the PSPGo so why this title is not to be available is somewhat of a mystery.
Maybe if we all ask really nicely they’ll change their minds?

It’s not a result of lack of demand for a digital version of the game. The code is already digital, it costs nothing to make a PSN store version, so ANY sale would be pure profit. This is simply Squeenix being pigheaded, and frankly, I’ve had enough of their shit lately.
…Go owners don’t even have Crisis Core yet!

thing that has me is that Disney are apparently weary when it comes to their properties and digital downloads. If that is the case, then why the hell is toy story 3, a game i will never buy for my psp, downloadable yet KH:BBS, a title i WANT to buy digital, not going to be? Why would they alienate fans as well as potential customers and kids with psp go’s whose parents will buy them anything? Maybe they don’t like money.

See, this is why i love Square and Disney!!! they knew that i was gonna buy 2 copies ofthis game (digital and special edition umd) and knew that not only are my pockets tigt but i won’t be able to use one of them and so are saving me that anguish by preventing me from buying both!!

That’s it. my PSPgo will go on eBay as soon as I find the time to put up the auction. I’ll play all the games I want on my gf’s PSP Slim.

In all honesty, if Square and Sony wanted to make serious money off this, release BBS on the Store and offer a download ticket bundle of the PSPGo. Charge 270€, 20€ more than than the standalone Go and they would make an absolute killing! I have been considering buying a Go, I know I’m crazy, and if they were to release BBS on the Store and lower the price of MGS Peacewalker, great game btw, then I would probably upgrade.
