Fumito Ueda has tweeted the link to the official Trico Portal site. Hosting a plethora of fancy images and trailers from both The Last Guardian and the new ICO/Shadow of the Colossus reimagining, it’s beautiful, haunting, and all in Japanese.
You should still be able to navigate around without too much difficulty. Frantically click on everything if you do get flustered. This usually works for me when the extent of my Japanese runs out when I’m reading such sites. It can also result in some interesting discoveries.
The direct translation of the tweet (公式リンクを貼るのを忘れてた) is actually: “I forgot to post the official link!”. Obviously Ueda-san has a lot on his mind at the moment. Breaking my heart with a release date of “holiday 2011” for The Last Guardian apparently just one of many pressing issues.

Yes holiday 2011 does sound rather far away. Let’s hope we get the Ico Collection around Spring to tide us over.
Must say I’ve been very impressed with TSA’s championing of all things Ueda / Ico related. For a couple of games that didn’t see a great return in the sales figures on PS2 here’s hoping they get a great new lease of life on PS3. Think you guys should be on a commission you’re doing such a grand job of justifiably hyping these games up. Well done. Yorda would be proud (if she wasn’t hiding in the corner cowering away from puffs of black smoke of course… planks of wood at the ready!)

The Last Guardian is easily my most anticipated game as of now, and seing it being schelud for holiday 2011, which is over a year from now, was quite rough lol.
The ICO/Sotc Collection is actually coming in spring 2011, if the Playstation blog is to be believed…

Not schelud lol, scheduled.

Top stuff, Kovacs. Just to play these two games in High Def will be enough for me. I couldn’t care less about the textures! Just give me a resolution above duplo-brick.
BLAGGER
Interesting that The Last Guardian has been placed within the middle of the other two games, does this suggest that it will become the missing link that bridges the narrative of ICO and Shadow? I certainly hope so :)

Interesting deduction, Detective Blagger. I like your thinking.

ive never played ico so dont know the similarities between it and SOTC but i am positively excited at the mere suggestion of this.
the feeling is a-kin to seeing the polar bear on the pilot episode of Lost
