BFBC2 Vietnam Launching In Late December

Earlier today, EA and DICE came forward to announce that the much-anticipated Vietnam expansion for Battlfield: Bad Company 2 will be launching next month.

The downloadable content pack takes BFBC’s popular online component and hurls in time to the Vietnam War, with all-new weapons, vehicles and maps. As of the 21st of December it will be available via both the PSN Store and Xbox Marketplace at a sensible £9.99/ 1,200 Microsoft Points.

DICE has also announced that the seventh VIP map pack will be available tomorrow for free, exclusive to those who redeemed their online passes:

“This DLC package includes four multiplayer maps never before available in Battlefield: Bad Company 2 including reworked versions of fan favorites Oasis and Harvest Day from Battlefield: Bad Company.”

    • Indeed. I can’t believe this is the first pack with truly NEW maps… even if half of them are from BC1.

    by the way does anyone know how many new maps we will get in Battlefield Vietnam?

    • 4 new maps 16 new weapons and 6 new vehicles and 2 hours of 60s tracks I think check out the store in the game.

      • Oh and if you haven’t been on bc2 for a while there’s a 1.7gb update to do so I would do it asap
