Another screen for the teased BioWare project has emerged, and it seems to present a complicated situation. You are looking through what appears to be the scope of a sniper rifle, and it’s aimed at a seemingly unarmed woman reaching out to a child. Of course, without context it’s hard to tell what’s going on – that woman could quite easily be trying to hurt the child, or you might be providing covering fire.
The US source that leaked the image to CVG said:
“I won’t spoil it for everyone by telling you what the game is. But it’s going to have a lot of hardcore BioWare fans jumping out of their seats.”

It’s pretty much a given it’s a new Mass Effect game. I don’t think anyone really wants them moving on to something else before they finish the ME series off, do they?

It’s definitely a Mass Effect game, the sniper is using a M-29 Incisor rifle. Also the location where this is taking place is probably London, see those decorative iron fences in the bottom left? Just like the ones outside the houses of parliament…
Given his location relative to the scene he’s mostly sat inside Big Ben.
