Anarchy Reigns Delayed

The official Sega website for Anarchy Reigns is now listing the game as a January 2012 release rather than Fall Autumn 2011. No reason has been given for the delay.

Rather mysteriously the Sega website lists the game for PS3, Xbox 360 and PlayStation Network. When a game lists the PSN and Xbox Live it’s usually to indicate the online capabilities but the omission of any Xbox network is puzzling.

It’s most likely a mistake, but if not perhaps it’s an indication that Anarchy Reigns will be a PSN download as well as a boxed product.

Stay tuned for any further updates but at the moment you will not be able to enjoy the game before 2012 – you could say Reign has stopped play.

Thank you! I’m here all week, try the fish.

  1. Top pun!

You might also say that it never ‘reigns but it pours’ in light of recent Sony related issues!

I know, it’s not as good, but i never professed to being a comedian! :)

  2. I’m guessing this is a British saying. My second guess is this originates from children playing outside an forced to stop when rain starts to fall.

    Did I win anything?

    • I think you have rain in the rest of the world as well.

    • I think it’s from cricket … for which play is very often stopped because of rain.

  3. The game would probably had failed if they released it in the second half of the year so this is a good thing.

  4. Better for our wallets lol.
