Reports coming out of this week’s PAX show in the States confirm that the the upcoming Counter-Strike: Global Offensive will support keyboard and mouse, and PlayStation Move, on top of the regular gamepad play.
Keyboard and mouse support has been long-embedded into the PS3 OS, but very few games have ever used it. There are a couple of third-party kits that enable the keyboard and mouse in all games, but none are officially supported by Sony.
At Gamescom last week, Gabe Newell said that the PS3 version will also support Steamworks cross-platform play with PC, like Portal 2.
None of these will be available on the 360 however, due to hardware and network services restrictions on Microsoft’s part. “The main thing is having Microsoft get comfortable with it and let us do it,” says Newell. “The PS3, obviously we made a lot more progress with that…so we’d really like to be able to do that for Xbox customers as well.”
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is due out early 2012 on Steam, PSN and XBLA, with a beta due later this year. It’ll be playable at the Eurogamer Expo next month.

Hopefully the pricing will be fairly generous but given the depth of other CS games, I doubt it.
