Ubisoft has announced that the Assassin’s Creed Revelations multiplayer beta is now available for download on the PSN, exclusively for PlayStation Plus members and PlayStation 3 Uplay members. It will playable from September 3rd at 10am, closing on the evening of September 11th. You can preload the beta right now, ready for kick off tomorrow morning.
The multiplayer beta offers access to nine characters (The Sentinel, The Vanguard, The Guardian, The Vizier, The Thespian, The Deacon, The Bombardier, The Trickster and The Champion), three maps (Knight’s Hospital, Antioch, Constantinople) and four playable modes (Wanted, Manhunt, Deathmatch, and Artifact Assault), which are only a sample of the final multiplayer content.

There already an update 1.02 at 154MB to download and the beta has not even started yet.

they probably had to give the main download to sony for checking a week ormore ago and they’ve probably fixed a few bugs since then from internal testing so that may be why they have a patch before the beta even starts.
might as well update it now, save time tomorrow.

if that’s a us time zone that will be… um, ah, bugger, uh, some other time, in europe.
