Deep Silver, the European publisher of Catherine, has announced that the surreal, relationship puzzler will be releasing on 10th February.
Both the limited “Stray Sheep Edition” and the regular edition will be out on that date.
To recap, the limited “Stray Sheep Edition” contains:
- The Rave-T-Shirt that Vincent wears in the game
- Two Stray Sheep bar-themed coasters
- A Catherine poster
These goodies will all come packaged in a pizza delivery box from the Stray Sheep Bar, drunken hangout for Vincent and his friends.
The “Stray Sheep Edition” of Catherine will have a price of £54.99 and the standard edition will be available for £49.99, although competitive retailer pricing will likely mean that nowhere will sell them for such a staggeringly expensive amount.
Seems like Deep Silver have missed a trick by not releasing a game about relationships on Valentine’s Day itself, but that sure hasn’t stopped them from making the day of love part of their marketing ploy:

Cool, though I wish the Stray Sheep edition came with the artbook and soundtrack from the US special ed. Hopefully a retailer over here picks them up as a preorder bonus.
