SCEE Details Euro PlayStation Plus “Instant Game Collection”

From tomorrow, Plus subscribers will be able to grab Stranger’s Wrath HD, inFamous 2, MotorStorm: Apocalypse, LittleBigPlanet 2, Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown, Renegade Ops, Chime Super Deluxe, Outland, Darksiders, and Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine.

There’s also a “Plus Game Of The Month” which will change over the year, and several other goodies to follow including 24 Caret Games’ Retro/Grade. The wording makes it sound like the initial ten games won’t change, and we’ll just get the one ‘game of the month’ title for variety.

Either that or it’s the three ‘Blu-ray’ games – MotorStorm etc. It’s very confusing. The selection is different from SCEA’s, but it’s equally impressive for those paying the Plus fees.

  1. No Saints Row 2?!?

    • Will probably appear in a future month, if they’re swapping out 3 digital versions of Blu-ray releases each month it won’t take long to run out of games that have been made available to download.

  3. Well well…I was about to buy Infamous 2. Looks like I’ll be getting it through Plus now. I wonder if Rayman Origins will be up there some time?

  5. I already have 3 of the games listed (Strangers Wrath, Outland, Darksiders) but if they are giving us all those games that makes me happy – my plus doesn’t run out for awhile yet, but i’m guessing they won’t be offering 15 months for the price of 12 anymore

  7. Looks like I’ll still not be signing up to plus then. I already own/have played 7 of those 10 games. Fair enough they will be swapping in new content, but I think I’ll just stick to buying the content that I actually want from the store.

  8. Id rather buy the ones I really want when they’re cheap than be locked into a monthly service, sounds like once agan customers in other territories are getting a better deal too :l

  9. It’s rather unclear, but some of those games are on my “to buy list” so I’m happy.

  10. other than darksiders i have not played any of those listed which means 9 new games. : )
