   I had a n64, I jumped on the Playstation wagon when ps2 came out :( the only game on the list I have is resident evil nemesis & 3, then metal gear solid, any recommendation not final fantasy I think that game is pure ass sorry

     Silent Hill is always worth a punt, The Crash games, Destruction Derby, The Tomb Raiders, Tekkens, The Rayman games, Driver… there are just way too many good games to mention really.

     Depends what sort of thing you are into i suppose. They have pretty much all bases covered (bar FPS, which didn’t really exist at that time on consoles)!

   Fantastic. Bit annoying that i’ve downloaded some PSOne games already and can’t simply transfer them to my Vita though.

   Why can’t i copy games to my Vita that i’ve already installed to my PS3? >:(

     maybe try downloading them again on ur ps3, they may have been altered on the store to make them compatible with the Vita.

       No, it’s the same with minis and other games too. You can’t transfer games to the Vita from your PS3 if they’ve already installed, so you have to waste another download on it.

   Loving being able to play all my psone classics on the Vita, its been a long time coming. However, I am not pleased with the control figuration for Silent Hill…they decided to make the aim buttion the top right hand corner of the rear touch bad rather than making that the right strafe button and having the aim as the right bumper. This has made it incredibly difficult as it doesnt seem to respond every time i touch it, I’ve tried changing the control figuration but it doest seem to be possible to change the rear touch pad controls. Was really looking forward to playing Silent Hill but its too stressfull :(

   Ok, i’m really pleased with all the new features and ability to play ps1 games but does anyone know how the ‘use touch rear pad for L2/R2’ actually is supposed to work – i mean what gesture am i supposed to be doing to recreate pressing the L2/R2 trigger? I was trying to play Soul Reaver last night but trying to turn was very frustrating. Annoyingly it seems the controls are locked so you can’t assign buttons instead, even though you can completely customise all the other controls.. one small but important flaw in an otherwise excellent update.

     you can assign L2/R2 controls to the L&R buttons but only at the sacrifice of whatever was originally set to the L&R buttons, for example I had to sacrifice the right strafe control for Silent Hill in order to move gun aiming from R2 to the R button. Its something that definitely needs to by looked at by Sony, we should be able to set the controls for the rear touch pad, especially as the rear touch pad doesnt seem to be very responsive for the psone games.

       Really? I’d better have another look at it so, i knew it would be sacrificing some other buttons but i actually didn’t spot options to change L2/R2, only L/R. I’ll try again this eve.
