News Snatch: WTF Special Edition

It is not a Snatch day today but as a couple of weird items have fallen in to my inbox I thought we’d have a mini Snatch, a special edition of oddness, starting with Tetris Monsters.

Tetris. With Monsters. We have no idea what this is, but it’s coming soon to iOS from EA and it combines the classic falling block puzzle with dragons attacking cute chicks and sheep in neckerchiefs.

Is Ubisoft hinting at a Wild West setting for a future Assassin’s Creed game? That’s what Reddit thought after spotting a cowboy hat in one of the modern day images for Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag.

Could the headwear be a hint that the Animus may soon be displaying Bison wandering across plains? Perhaps some Native Americans whooping, hollering and scalping their way across the screen? Is this massive clue for the next Assassin’s Creed?

No. It’s a hat, shut up Internet.

The Bureau: XCOM Declassified Hungover Edition continues the long standing tradition of promotional material that has absolutely nothing at all to do with the game.

You play a tired and hung-over gamer and have to sneak in to your office without the boss noticing. Use you colleagues as secret weapons and perform sneak attacks, one of which is “Cake Diversion”.
