Sony have just tweeted to let someone know that they think GTA VÂ will be amazing – “especially on the PS4!”, in response to a tweeter seemingly wishing for the game on their next generation system.
Here’s a direct link to the tweet, but they might delete it soon. We’re not sure whether this is just a simple misunderstanding or yet another leak from Sony’s side, but it’s quite exciting, perhaps letting Rockstar know there’s a high demand for a next generation version of the game.
Whatever the case, stay tuned – perhaps we’ll see a PS4 logo at the end of the official GTA V trailer this Thursday?

“Apologies for the typo about GTA V. It’s due for release on PS3 on September 17th.”

Thats probably just a typo, but i hope it will come to PS4. It’s just a shame they’re not going to tell us until we’ve bought the game on ps3 and 360.
It will be great on PS4 though as we can share videos of online mayhem :)

So it’s either a typo, or confirmation of what most people must surely have expected – that GTA V would make it onto next-gen hardware.
Anyway i’m not sure i can wait – i’ll pick it up for PS3 straight away and then trade it in later on for the inevitable PS4 version.
