Sony’s Japan Studio have had a bit of a restructure, has that helped The Last Guardian?

“We’re real-time in that process. And we don’t necessarily agree with each other – Fumito Ueda and I – about process,” explained Allan Becker, Head of Japan Studio.

“In some sense, I sort of… implemented change, which, I think, is causing some concern and consternation. But, once again, I think the benefit will come through. We’re still going through that phase of adjustment and finding the right balance and groove. I think it’s moving along in the right direction.”

So no, then.

  1. What game is Kris meant to be playing there? Looks like Kinnect Adventures or something

    • It look likes Kris is tripping out his nut…..or maybe not :p

  2. Nice snatch, I particularly enjoyed Becker’s cringeworthy use of the phrase ‘real-time in that process’, juxtaposed by his excellent use of the word ‘consternation’, unfortunately followed up with ‘groove’ which is the pinnacle of cringe. It was a roller coaster of a quote.

  3. Ah, Kris looks like he’s having fun, bless him! ;)
