Pocketgamer has lifted the lid on a new survival horror title called Kodoku, and it’s by Carnivore Studios. There’s only a little bit of information but what there is sounds pretty interesting.
First this will have very little combat instead relying on stealth to navigate past a host of paranormal creatures from Japanese tales, who all seemed to have taken up residence on this island of Kodoku. The same location also has a book stored there, and you are a collector who really wants that book.
There will be access to spells but that looks to be more in helping you evade monsters instead of fighting them, as well as skills that help to locate enemies so you don’t run into them.
It’ll be launching on the PS4 and Vita but not until 2015.
