Czech-based indie developer, Warhorse Sutdios, has announced a gritty, open-world RPG for PC and next-gen consoles.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance will shun magic and high fantasy in favour of a historic setting and believable characters.
Set during the Middle Ages, players will explore a vast open world, brought to life by CryENGINE 3 and a talented team who has worked on hits such as Mafia, Crysis, and Operation Flashpoint.
Aside from exploration, you can expect to master a range of weapons, either in first person duels, huge-scale battles or even full-blown sieges.
It all sounds very exciting. Warhorse will be dropping more details in January.

Sounds interesting. I do love me some RPG and always get way too excited about up-and-coming titles. Sadly, so many turn out to be a bit average. Especially on the PC, for some reason. Still… *lights candle*…

I love the idea of a historical setting, it looks great and I can’t never have enough RPGs but I will try to control myself after so many disappointments last gen.

Looks like a good idea, a pity they haven’t found a publisher yet, good luck to them.
