Mighty No.9 has received a new gameplay trailer which shows a lot of inspiration from Mega Man, which isn’t a surprise since the game is being directed by Keiji Inafune, who was a major part of the old school platformer. The game was originally Kickstarter project, reaching four times its funding goal.
Mighty No.9 does look like a decent title and could be a lot of fun. It really does appear to be trying to play on the nostalgia of older fans, but there could definitely be a solid game that brings newcomers into this fold.
