The Awakened Fate Ultimatum Gets New Trailers Ahead Of March’s Western Release

NIS America has released new trailers that gives a look at the story of The Awakened Fate Ultimatum, the spiritual sequel to The Guided Fate Paradox, which is set to release in North America and Europe. The game was launched in Japan in September 2014. In this game players control a character called Shin Kamikaze, who ends up getting stabbed by demons and then becoming a god.

This chain of events takes Shin to a place called Celestia where he becomes a key part in a war being waged between angels and demons. The Awakened Fate Ultimatum is a roguelike RPG, so dungeons will be randomly generated, and battles are done on a grid with enemies moving at the same time as your character. If you die in a dungeon you will be taken back to the beginning of it, and will also drop any items you found in that location. At different points in the story players will also be forced to make decisions that impacts the outcome of the story.

The Awakened Fate Ultimatum will release on PS3 March 20th.
