She’s been teasing us about it for over half a year, but the Queen of the Reef has finally come to call in her favour. The Fallen are rebelling against her rule, the Prison of Elders has been breached, and it’s now up to us to hunt and put them down for good… or at least until we load up the mission again on a secondary character.
Join Tuffcub and me as we head into and explore all the new content that the House of Wolves expansion has to offer. We’ll be playing story missions, checking out new bits of armour and guns, and generally mucking around in the new public area. Who knows, we might even get to try out the new Prison of Elders mode?

Do you have any info on what the process for levelling the new gear? They appear to have gotten rid of the ‘power upgrade’ option from the little grid of circles, and are now only showing perks – the strange thing is that I still see the ‘Item Upgraded’ notification, but none of the stats seem to be changing…
Any thoughts?

Sadly, the PS4 browser doesn’t show the url when you hover over a link/video etc.
Anyway, searching Live from Playstation worked the second time.
I haven’t played Destiny since completing the campaign so it was interesting to see the latest DLC in action. It all looked terribly familiar to me but i did enjoy the game when i played it and i can see the draw it has – 3,054 people streaming it – and that was just on PS4! – and that was just the ones who were streaming! i don’t think i’ve seen that many simultaneous streams of any other game on PS4.
I was half-tempted to go and watch Eurovison afterwards but i knew it just wouldn’t be the same without your commentary TC! ;)

Not that impressed by what I have seen so far in this update tbh – A new ‘social space’ that is little more than access to the new modes & a way to pick up some bounties. It does of course mean that the Tower retains some purpose (which is nice I suppose), but the reef seems a touch sparse to me.
Add that to the fact that I am now only likely to be able to upgrade a weapon or piece of armour once a week (assuming ethereal light does drop each time in the nightfall of course?) & this is not a great update for me.
