2K Games has boarded the E3 trailer train earlier than anticipated with a look at Battleborn, the first person MOBA heading to PS4, Xbox One and PC. The trailer itself shows of snippets of gameplay with different characters, as well as the way the environments look. I still can’t shake the notion that it all looks very Borderlands in a way, which isn’t a bad thing, and I would not be surprised if Battleborn takes a number of cues from that franchise.
Of course Battleborn will have major differences being a game that will try to enter the MOBA space in a different way from others that occupy the genre. There will be five play co-op in Battleborn where players will take on waves of enemies while progressing through a place, though not much more has really been divulged about what else the game will hold. Of course with an E3 trailer now out it is likely Battleborn will be shown by 2K during at least one conference.
